Returns on regular products are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee on all items, within 14 days of purchase. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your product so we can assign a return ticket number to you. The customer is responsible for postage on the return, and the product must be returned unopened and in the condition it was sent. Sale items, opened, loose or blind boxed products are NON-REFUNDABLE.
