For returns, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will issue a RMA number and help you with processing the return.
Full figures can be returned within 14 days after your order has been shipped. A refund will be issued once the product has been received back, minus a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. Loose items are NOT refundable. If you want to return loose items, it will be taken back as a TRADE and not a return meaning you will get half the value of what the items are worth. Returned figures must be returned in the condition they went out - sealed and unopened. If they are opened, they will be considered a trade and not a return.
